Friends in Art

I am excited to announce our "Friends in Art" group.  We are four friends, Barbara Love, Robin Capecci, Sandy Norris and myself, who met a few years ago through our love of art and being artists.  Last fall, we reconnected with each other and our friendship has grown as artists and women.  We are planning plein aire events, art shows and an open house.  During the month of April we set up our art display at the Bel Air Farmers market.

 What great fun!
We met so many wonderful people, we are making more friends thru our art.

We are currently displaying our artwork at "Studio House",  in Bel Air, Maryland which is a working artist studio open by appointment to our clients.

More updates to come

EARLY MORNING

It is a New Year and time for a new beginning.  It is exciting to start on some new painting adventures.

EARLY MORNING is my first 2012   mini canvas painting that I recently added to my ETSY shop

I am enjoying doing these small artworks, they are great to sit on a table or bookcase, and they help me decide if I want to paint the subject in a larger format.
It's been a while since I posted any new artwork, life just has a way of taking over; but I am back to my painting.  Please enjoy and thank you for viewing.

SUSHI EBI and SALMON ROLL

These are the first two paintings in my series of THE ART OF SUSHI paintings.
It is a 4x6x3/4 gallery wrapped canvas and is finished on all sides.
It would make a great table top painting.
